5 Minute White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge


The perfect treat for a party platter might be the rich white chocolate fudge filled with pecans and sprinkled with caramel.

This is a quick and easy 5 minute fudge recipe that is perfect for any occasion.

I love having this caramel at home after a meal for a snack or sweet bite.

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this amazing treat. It satisfied mine yesterday. Like every day, I was scouring the internet for new, easy and delicious recipes when I came across this one. What stood out to me the most was all of the ingredients. They were really simple and easy to find. Plus, just thinking about how the result would taste excited me, so I went to the store and bought all the ingredients. I went home and started making them. The result was incredible. It didn’t disappoint me at all. Try it, I am 100% sure you will love it!

Ingredients

1 can Sweetened Condensed milk, 14 ounces
1 bag white chocolate chips
½ tsp vanilla
4 tbsp butter
1 cup pecans, chopped
¾ cup caramel sauce, at room temp

Instructions

  • FIRST STEP:
    In a medium size bowl, add the white chocolate chips, butter, vanilla and the sweetened condensed milk.
    Using the microwave, heat at 30 second intervals, stirring after each cycle.
  • SECOND STEP:
    Continue at 15 second intervals until all chocolate is melted
    Stir until smooth
  • THIRD STEP:
    Remove from the microwave and add the pecans
    Line a baking dish with parchment paper
  • FOURTH STEP:
    Pour the melted chocolate into the dish and spread evenly so it is about an inch thick, or your preference of depth.
    Open the jar of caramel sauce and drizzle over the top of the fudge
  • FIFTH STEP:
    Using a knife, drag the knife through the chocolate and the caramel to make a marble effect.
    Chill in the refrigerator until set.
    Cut into one inch squares

Note: Put the leftovers in an airtight container and put it in the refrigerator. They can be kept for up to 1 week.
