I printed out this recipe ages ago, but until recently I never had the need for the dip. BOY I am glad I made it! I have now taken it to two parties and have been asked for the recipe by so many people. You are surprised how easy it is. The leek soup mix is the main ingredient and tastes so much better than the vegetables (IMHO). I used a full 10 ounce pack of spinach (the spinach is needed for the texture) and I doubled the recipe. It works best if you squeeze as much liquid out of the spinach as possible. If not, it could become too liquid. All in all, it is quick, easy, delicious and will become a staple in my entertainment program!
This dip goes with everything! Not only is it best served with veggies, crackers or bread, but it’s also great with fries. My kids are obsessed with this dip. They have asked me several times to pour a generous amount of this dip over fries and I was not surprised to find that it tasted great. Plus, this dip is so simple and with minimal ingredients, you can make it in a snap. This baked dip is one of the best dips I have ever made. And everyone can attest to that. It is indeed a must have and a must keep. I have tried many dip recipes and this is by far the best. There are countless dip recipes out there and I have never tasted anything like this before. And what I love most is that it’s perfect with anything and oh, this dip works. Make it from scratch and be a surprise.
